Less than a day after we called, a super respectful and friendly guy came out to check it out, and let us know we actually have one of the best heaters on the market! He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell us. We were only charged a small fee for his time and driving, which we really appreciated. "Our old unit stopped working. Michael appeared very knowledgeable in his responses to our questions before, during, and after the process. He was even able to provide a temporary fix until our new replacement unit could be ordered and installed. Michael and his assistant Nick were very professional through the entire process of installing the new unit. They had to remove the entire old unit from the attic etc. They were so efficient; it was like they weren't even there. Price was very reasonable too!"
